Firstline Fitness, a veteran owned business, is owned and operated by Joshua simpson, certified personal trainer. He has 12 years of experience as a NASM Personal Trainer working with clients from all walks of life. He is a behavioral and nutrition coach, firefighter and paramedic.
At Firstline Fitness KY, I take a holistic approach to fitness. I believe that fitness is not just about working out, but also about proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care. I will work with you to create a personalized program that addresses all aspects of your health and wellness.
I offer a variety of services which include: one on one personal training, goal setting and behavioral change, nutritional guidance, individualized training programs, programming, and military/fire/police/first responder tactical training.
